Donald Anthony Spisak, D.O. graduated from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine in 1996. He was chief intern during his first year of residency. He specializes in Family Medicine and enjoys treating the medical needs of patients of all age groups. As a D.O, Dr. Spisak takes great pride in treating his patients with the same care and attention to detail that is the cornerstone of the philosophy that founded the school of Osteopathic medicine. He is Board Certified and scored in the 89th percentile on his last national board recertification examination. Dr. Spisak is married with four children. He and his family enjoy many activities including soccer, biking, photography and horse riding.

W. Michael Lewis, MD graduated from Tennessee Tech and received his MD from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis. He completed his residency in family practice at the University of Minnesota Hospitals in St. Paul, Minnesota.  Dr. Lewis is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Lewis has practiced family medicine for 33 years and founded Family Health Care Associates in 1982. Dr. Lewis is married to Donna and has 4 children and 4 grandchildren. In his spare time, Dr. Lewis enjoys fly-fishing, bird watching, exercising, and lake time. Dr. Lewis is pleased to be able to take care of old friends every day, and believes that the only way to care for patients is to care and treat them as family! His interest is in chronic disease management.
